Returns and Refunds Policy
BossKit sells digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products after purchase.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at hello@bosskit.com.au and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
If a product is found to be significantly different from its description, please contact us and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
