The Business Snapshot is for small business owners who are too busy running the business to step back and look at it clearly. You are not a beginner. You have clients, you have revenue, you have something real. What you do not have is the infrastructure to match it.

If you have been saying 'I'll sort the back end out once things calm down' -- and things have not calmed down -- this is the session.

What you get

  • Pre-work questionnaire. A pre-work questionnaire sent before the session. You answer it in about 15 minutes. It covers your current processes, your biggest bottlenecks, and what you most want to walk away knowing. We use it to get straight to work -- no context-setting on the day.

  • 90-minute video call. A 90-minute working session via video call. We map your current systems, identify the gaps, and prioritise what to fix first. Not a coaching conversation -- a working session.

  • Written action plan. A written action plan delivered within 48 hours. Plain language, prioritised by impact, specific to your business. Not a generic recommendations document -- a plan built around what you actually have.

  • Loom walkthrough. A Loom video walkthrough of the action plan. So you have the reasoning in your own words, not just a document to decipher later.


How it works

 

Step 1

Book and pay online. You will receive a confirmation and the pre-work questionnaire by email.

Step 2

Complete the pre-work questionnaire before the session. It takes about 15 minutes and gives me everything I need to make the 90 minutes count.

Step 3

We meet via video call. We work through your answers, map your systems, and identify what is getting in the way. You will leave the call with a clear picture of your priorities.

Step 4

Within 48 hours, your written action plan and Loom walkthrough land in your inbox. The plan is yours. Act on it at your own pace, or come back if you want support with the next stage.


What this is not


The Business Snapshot is a diagnostic, not an implementation. I will tell you clearly what to work on and in what order. I will not build your systems for you or stay involved on an ongoing basis -- that is not what this is.

It is the right first step if you want a clear picture of what to fix and a practical plan for doing it yourself. If you are looking for someone to implement everything for you, this is not that offer.
